We cover Essex, London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, including Chelmsford, Southend, Basildon, Brentwood and Billericay. Get in touch to confirm we can reach your location.

What games do you have on the van?

We carry 7+ crowd favourites including FIFA, Fortnite, Rocket League, Roblox, Minecraft, Mario Kart and Assassin's Creed, and we're always adding more.

How many players can use the van at once?

There's no minimum — the van holds up to 14 players at once across our screens and racing simulators, and we rotate players so everyone gets a turn.

Do you have a booking system?

Yes. Send us an enquiry with your date, location and event type and we'll confirm availability and hold your slot.

Do you need a power supply at the venue?

Accepted Answer

We need access to a household plug socket within 25 metres of where the van is parked. If this is not available, we can hire a generator for a small fee.

How much space do you need to park?

We need around 7 metres to park the van, which is roughly two car lengths, with clear access close to your event.

What events is the gaming van suitable for?

Birthday parties, weddings, school fetes, corporate days, festivals and community events — if you can gather a crowd, we can entertain them.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend ages 7+ to fully enjoy the van. We can restrict the games based on age on request to keep everything age-appropriate.

Do you provide a host?

Yes. A professional, friendly and fully DBS checked host runs the session for the full duration so you can relax and enjoy the party.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends and holidays book up fast, so we recommend enquiring as early as possible. We'll always try to help with shorter notice too.

Absolutely. Let us know your must-have titles when you enquire and we'll make sure they're loaded and ready for your event.

Does an adult need to be in attendance for a kids' party?

Accepted Answer

We just need an adult to be nearby in case of an emergency, but the joy of the gaming van is that you can relax and let us run the fun.

Do you allow food and drink?

We don't — no one likes sticky controllers! We ask that there's no food or drink inside the van. We can provide a table (upon request) to go under our awning if you'd like to offer drinks and snacks outside the van.

Is your outdoor screen covered?

Yes. Game Over Gaming Van has a fantastic large outdoor screen for up to 6 players, with a covered awning so you can play come rain or shine. If it's particularly thundery, rainy or windy we might not be able to put the awning out for safety reasons.

Yes! Game Over Gaming Van isn't just for gamers. We have a karaoke machine we can bring on request, and with our friendly approach and huge variety of games and consoles — PlayStation, Xbox, racing simulators and Switch — we're guaranteed to find something you'll love.
