On the day, the van pulls up at your agreed time and we get to work straight away. Opening up and powering on takes only a few minutes, so there is no long wait before the fun starts.
Inside, guests find five PlayStation 5 consoles, two Xbox Series X, two Nintendo Switch 2 and racing simulators, all on large HD screens. The host runs a mix of games to suit the group — competitive races and football for some, building and adventure games for others — and keeps everyone rotating so it stays fair.
When the session ends we pack down and collect everything, leaving no mess behind. All you need to provide is around 7 metres of parking space for the van — roughly the size of two cars — plus a household power socket within 25 metres to run the setup (or we can supply a generator for a small fee).
