Gaming Van Hertfordshire

The idea is simple: instead of taking everyone to a venue, we bring the venue to you. The van pulls up outside your home, school or hall, we open it up, and inside is a fully kitted-out games room with five PlayStation 5 consoles, two Xbox Series X, two Nintendo Switch 2 and racing simulators, all on large HD screens.

It works well for a wide range of Hertfordshire events. Children’s and teenage birthday parties are our bread and butter, but the van is just as popular for school reward days and fairs, community events, corporate fun days and even as an unexpected hit at weddings when guests want a break from the dance floor.

When we arrive, a friendly host gets everything running and stays for the whole session, sorting the games, keeping things fair and making sure everyone gets a turn. All you need to think about is who is coming.

To set up in Hertfordshire we need around 7 metres of parking space for the van — roughly the size of two cars — plus access to a household power socket within 25 metres to power the setup. If there is no socket nearby, we can bring a generator for a small fee. Delivery, setup and collection are included, and our staff are DBS checked with full public liability insurance.
